A day visit to Ely

Ely in Cambridgeshire is one of the smallest cities in the UK. It is dominated by its medieval cathedral which dates back to William the Conqueror. There is also an attractive river to walk alongside, and if we have time, a visit to Oliver Cromwell's house. Catch the 09:54 train from Kings Cross.
